Guava is Mage’s photorealism image family. Guava 2 and Guava 2 Pro are the current pair: Guava 2 is the faster one for iterating on a prompt, and Guava 2 Pro is the higher-quality render for the image you keep. Every version runs unlimited from Pro.

Unlimited generation by plan

Which plan runs each resolution unlimited, at the model’s base settings. Gems means that setting always costs Gems on that plan. Add-ons such as LoRAs, ControlNet, extra reference images, or reference videos may raise a run’s price and move it to a higher plan or to Gems.

Limitations

  • 2K is the ceiling on the model itself. The Image Enhancer app takes an output to 4K on Pro Plus and 6K on Max.
  • Photoreal models are unforgiving about vague prompts. Specify the lighting and the lens or you get a generic studio look.

Use via API

Guava is available through the Mage API as the guava architecture, with model_id selecting the model. Its fields, tokens, defaults, and price are on its API reference page.
