# Multi-Characters

> Put two or more of your Characters in the same image or clip on Mage, each staying recognizable. Which models take more than one Character.

More than one of your Characters can share a generation on any model that takes several reference images. Reference them all by name in the prompt and describe the relationship between them.

## Limitations

* Two characters is reliable, and each one added after that is less so, because the model has more identities to hold at once and they start borrowing features from each other.
* Describe the spatial relationship explicitly. Without it, the model tends to place both subjects facing the camera side by side.
